Hazardous Waste Transfer Station

We design, build and operate three Hazardous Waste Transfer Stations to handle, process and dispose of customer’s containerized waste streams and bulk sludge waste streams.  

Our facilities manage the transportation, treatment and discharge of contaminated waters, solids and sludge in an environmentally sound and cost-effective manner. In addition to contaminated waste streams from industrial, government and construction sources, we provide full waste management services through these facilities.  WASTE STREAMS MANAGED AT THESE FACILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Oily rags, absorbents and filters (flammable and non-flammable)
  • Light bulbs
  • Empty containers (ie. jugs, pails, bags, drums and totes)
  • Compressed gas containers - aerosol cans, and propane tanks
  • Batteries - lead acid, lithium, nickel-cadmium and nickel-metal hydride batteries
  • Paint and paint-related materials (ie. oil/latex-based paints)
  • Waste oil products - grease, flux, lube, hydraulic, transmission, gear, motor and engine oil
  • Waste flammable liquids (ie. contaminated gasoline/diesel and other solvents)
  • Glycol/antifreeze waste
  • Contaminated soil and gravel including drill cuttings and sludges
  • Industrial wastewater or purged/wastewater (ie. oil and water mixtures)
